Position: Quality Assurance Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The job purpose is to adhere to the clients specification and focus on Strategic and Tactical deliverables for QA methodology and delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Function as a 6 Sigma SME, tying in with the Organizational/ Departmental objectives and Operations, to drive Process Improvements across multiple business segments.
  • Ability to convert key focus areas into a quality framework, mentor and manage multiple projects and meet the training & certifications targets for the segment.
  • Have to be a change agent in creating a review rigor around process improvements / drive data driven culture and provide feedback to the Business Leaders.
  • Educate customers on the appreciation of quality and influence them to take up process improvement projects.
  • Managing quality assurance supervisors.

QUALIFICATION

  • Post- Graduate degree or MBA.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the international call centre industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office & Visio.

CRITICAL PERFORMANCE ATTRIBUTES

  • Possess the appropriate level of quality standard expertise and knowledge.
  • Understand and apply procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise.
  • Effective decision-making, problem solving, and negotiating abilities, as well as a strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Thorough knowledge of Six Sigma.
  • Set the framework to move the organization towards ISO certification

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment with occasional outdoor travels.
  • Limited physical effort required.
